(MST) WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. IF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY FALLS ON A FRIDAY OR A HOLIDAY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. IF YOU DECIDE AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE IT, YOU MAY CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT 720-504-3001 AND CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. IF, HOWEVER, YOU DO NOT CALL BEFORE THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED YOU WILL NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER TO ARRANGE FOR A RETURN OF THE UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCT.
YOU WILL BE ISSUED AN RMA NUMBER THAT WILL NEED TO BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN PACKAGE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S). RETURN TO SENDER IS NOT A VALID METHOD OF RETURN, AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN 50 US STATES WE USE USPS AND DELIVERY IS TYPICALLY 1–10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. ALL ORDERS SHIP GROUND UNLESS AN EXPEDITED METHOD IS SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF THE CUSTOMER ELECTS EXPEDITED SHIPPING, USPS/UPS/FEDEX WILL BE UTILIZED AND DELIVERY IS TYPICALLY 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.
